Sales Manager of recruiting services

NetForce Ukraine LLC is a leading company providing system administration and DevOps services for all types of business in Ukraine and abroad.

We maintain an optimistic attitude and try to support the economy of our state. Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager in IT, aimed at selling recruiting services with good theoretical basis and experience from 1 year in an outsourcing/outstaffing company.

⚑ Your responsibilities in our company:

  • search for B2B clients, implementation of potential transactions for the sale of recruiting services;

  • consultation of potential clients using e-mail, messengers, Skype;

  • working and maintaining warm relations with the existing client base, conducting business correspondence with clients, presenting the company's services;

  • active use of LinkedIn and other search resources;

  • creation of new and modernization of existing customer search channels.

βš™ Our expectations from you:

  • proven successful experience of B2B sales in the field of IT from 1 year;

  • experience in selling recruiting services;

  • skills in working with LinkedIn/Sales navigator;

  • understanding the client's needs and the ability to translate them;

  • good written and oral communication, negotiation skills;

  • strong presentation/demonstration skills;

  • a huge desire to sell a quality product and develop as a Sales Manager.

βž• Will be a plus:

  • work experience in a similar position in a recruiting agency, outsourcing/outstaffing company;

  • Intermediate level of English.
