🔥 Core experience:
• 1+ years experience in Recruiting within a software development company or recruitment agency;
• Experience in full-lifecycle recruitment process within an IT company;
• Experience with multiple sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, internal recruiting, referrals, etc.);
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent social and communications skills;
• High EQ, honesty, confidence, personal responsibility.
⚡ Position Responsibilities:
• Perform full cycle recruiting for open positions: you will source candidates (passive & active jobseekers), review their CVs, screen candidates via phone interviews, conduct in-person interviews, prepare post-interview follow-ups;
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs;
• Closely interact with hiring managers to get full understanding of the position, team needs, culture, and values within the project;
• Take part in company HR branding and marketing activities;
• Share and exchange information with management;
• Build a strong network with potential candidates.
