Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently looking for a creative, purposeful, and proactive employee who is passionate about the world of social networks!
▶ Our product: quality DevOps services, Linux/Unix administration, Asterisk IP telephony setup, etc.
▶ Our clients: software development companies; companies with a developed IT infrastructure - that is, every modern company!
🔥 What you will need to do:
• search for leads using various channels - Upwork, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and others;
• create cold email and other options for lead generation;
• build lead funnels;
• keep records of customers in the CRM system;
• familiarize potential clients/leads with the company's services;
• prefer the freedom of action, independence, and partnership with management.
⚡ Our expectations from you:
• confirmed work experience in a similar position for six months or more;
• experience in using various search tools - from specialized platforms to social networks;
• understanding of the client's needs and the ability to translate them;
• initiative, legal capacity;
• good written and oral communication, and negotiation skills.
➕ It will be a plus:
• work experience in an outsourcing/outstaffing company;
• experience in working with foreign clients;
• knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate level;
• experience with CRM.
